Your Personlised Care
A typical appointment with Mr Yodaiken includes OCT photography and a full consultation. You will be given the opportunity to describe your symptoms and these will be considered in conjunction with the OCT results.
After reviewing the imaging, the findings will be shared with you and treatment options outlined. Decisions will be made with you, not for you, and your preferences will always be taken into account.
We understand that having ocular injections can seem daunting. If an injection is needed, Mr Yodaiken will make sure you feel comfortable with the procedure before going ahead.
After Care
After your injection, you can expect floaters and some discomfort. In rare cases, there is significant pain, but it usually settles within a day. The eye may be red from the injection and it may take a few days to settle.
For those who are fortunate enough to have an improvement in their vision, this may take a few days to a few months.
